Shipping Policy
We’ll deliver your order within 72 hours of your payment confirmation.
For the most efficient delivery service, we wait until all your items are ready for delivery, should you have purchased more than one item.
It is not possible to change your delivery address after confirming your order, so please always double-check that your address details are correct at checkout.
Courier – We deliver directly to your home or office, anywhere in South Africa. Unfortunately, you cannot choose a specific time for the delivery, so make sure the delivery address provided has someone there to always receive your order.
If you’re not able to receive your package personally, you are welcome to use a third-party name on the delivery address to sign for your order.
If you receive an incomplete delivery, you need to notify us immediately upon receiving your order. After a period of 48 hours after delivery, orders are deemed to be correct and in full.
